Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel Alchemist Premium at any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your benefits stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken after that.
If you subscribed through our dashboard, cancel it on the Premium page. If you subscribed inside Discord, cancel it in Discord under Settings → Subscriptions.
2. Refunds
We do not refund unused portions of a billing period that has already started, except where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal as described below, or where required by law.
If something has gone wrong — a payment you did not expect, benefits you did not receive, or a technical fault on our side — contact us at [email protected] and we will put it right.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The following applies to consumers in the European Union.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Dominik Scheidel, c/o Postflex #5812, Emsdettener Str. 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, [email protected] — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service, provided that you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent at checkout.
